The ELR-CN100 is a 100% cyanopropyl polysiloxane capillary column of maximum polarity, specifically designed for the separation of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME). It is a direct equivalent to CP-SIL 88, HP-88, SP-2560, Rt-2560, ZB-FAME, and BPX90 phases. The high selectivity of the cyanopropyl phase towards cis-trans isomers makes it the column of choice for detailed fatty acid profiling where isomer resolution is critical.
